About Me
My name is Toni Garza
I am a passionate about helping individuals and teams achieve their goals and reach their full potential. With over thirty years of experience in the energy and utilities sector, I have worked in various areas such as regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement, account management, customer support, and IT projects. Alongside this, I have also trained and coached teams and individuals, many of whom have gone on to achieve their desired roles. I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Management and Finance. Additionally, I hold a certificate in Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University and I am a certified coach from Coach Training Alliance. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering, hiking, golfing, and spending time outdoors. I am a proud mom of two young adults and a strong supporter of my family and friends.
